Fruit Ninja New Update Announced, To Release In Early October

Fruit Ninja is a game that needs no introduction. The arcade game developed by Halfbrick is one of the more successful mobile games, thanks to its incredibly simple yet engaging gameplay formula.

Considering how successful the game is, we’re sure that more than just a few gamers will be happy to know that a new update for the game is going to be released early next month. The update will include, among other things, some new gameplay features.

The first change introduced by the new Fruit Ninja update is a new an improved menu system, which will make selecting the right options and play modes even more comfortable.

The other biggest additions are all gameplay related. Many of the game’s weapons and locations will receive various gameplay effects which actually make the weapon selection more important than ever, adding more depth to the gameplay experience and bringing it to a whole different level.

The game’s online features will also receive some improvements, thanks to the inclusion of online leaderboards that keep track of players’ scores and more.
