The first chapter of Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster takes place aboard the Ecliptic Express, a train heading through the Arklay Mountains, where the events of the first game took place. Near the end of the first chapter, Billy and Rebecca must work together to stop the train before it speeds out of control and derails itself. Today, we’ll show you the full list of train brake codes for Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster!
All Train Brake Codes For Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster
Once you reach the train’s cockpit, Billy and Rebecca realize that they’re on a crash course with the train’s destination. In order to stop the train, one character has to reach the very back end of the train while the other stays in the cockpit. It doesn’t matter who you choose, just make sure to arm them well, and grab the Magnetic Card before you go.
You have exactly 3 minutes and 30 seconds to stop the train, otherwise it’s lights out! With the Magnetic Card in hand, whichever character you selected must now fight their way to the back of the train. The route is still the same, but be careful as there are more enemies now.
When you reach the back end of the train, you’ll be prompted with the emergency brake switch. Use the Magnetic Card to activate the switch, at which point a red number will be displayed.

Your objective is to reach the number shown in the display by inputting ten numbers, picking from 1-9 for each number. You must use ALL ten numbers, and you cannot go over or under the target number at all.
This is quite difficult to do under a time limit if you’re not great at math like us, but you can pause the game at any time to stop the timer and give yourself some time to think. If you don’t want to figure it out for yourself, here are all the numbers we’ve seen so far, with matching solutions:
- 67: 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 5, 5, 5, 5, 2
- 36: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 2, 2, 1, 1
- 81: 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 8, 1
One down, one more to go! Once you complete this brake switch, the other character waiting in the cockpit must also do one as well. Thankfully, the number can be any of the three from the previous switch.
That concludes our full list of train brake codes for Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster. With any luck, you’ll be able to stop the train. If you have any other questions or code combos, let us know in the comments below!
