This article is over 10 years old and may contain outdated information

The Game Of Thrones TV Show has managed to become incredibly popular in just a few years, obtaining a following that very few shows can boast. The franchise has expanded even beyond the TV shows and the books created by George R.R. Martin with some video games that tried to capture what makes the series so engaging.

Among the Game Of Thrones games is a Facebook game that’s also quite popular, called Game of Thrones Ascent. Kongregate, the team behind the game, has confirmed today that Game of Thrones Ascent will be released on iOS devices this Spring.

The team has also confirmed that gamers will be able to link up the mobile and Facebook versions so that all progress in one version will become available in the other. This is a really, really good feature, as starting over from scratch is something no one ever wants to do. Especially if this someone has managed to make the Targaryen dynasty relevant again in the Seven Kingdoms.

Game of Thrones Ascent will launch on the App Store on a yet to be revealed Spring release date. We’ll keep you updated on the matter as soon as something new comes in on it. So stay tuned and remember the Stark words: Winter Is Coming.
