Free Fire players often encounter transaction errors, bugs, and glitches that hinder their experience during gameplay. In order to resolve such issues, Garena, the developers of the game, have set up a report centre through which players can contact their customer support.
Additionally, sometimes players are punished with a false ban, or the account is temporarily disabled. In such a case, Free Fire gamers can appeal their ban to Free Fire Report Center to retain their banned account.

Here’s how one can contact Free Fire customer support to get their issues resolved.
Steps to contact Free Fire Report Center
Step 1: Visit Free Fire help center by clicking here.
Step 2: Click on the Submit Request button located on the top right corner of the home page.
Step 3: Select your Region on the next page.
Step 4: Enter your details in the given form including Free Fire ID, E-Mail address, Issue Type etc.
Step 5: Next, check the Agree to Privacy Policy option in the bottom.
Step 6: Finally, hit the Submit button after confirming all the details.
After lodging a complaint, you will receive a confirmation mail within a few hours. If the request is properly submitted, the Garena report center will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Besides this, we strongly recommend everyone to link their Guest account to Facebook ID. This is because it’s next to impossible to recover a Free Fire account that is not linked with any social media service. In this situation, even customer support might not assist you in recovering the lost account.
