Genshin Impact 2.5 Update Spiral Abyss Changes

Genshin Impact 2.5 “When the Sakura Bloom” update is ready for its February 16th release. The new update will introduce an influx of new content to the game along with some major changes to the end game content, Spiral Abyss.

Every Spiral Abyss Change Coming With Genshin Impact 2.5 Update 

Here are the Spiral Abyss changes that you will see experience in the version 2.5 update starting March 1st, 2022, at 04:00 (Server Time). 

  • Floor 11 Ley Line Disorders changed to:
    • All characters in the party gain a 60% Electro DMG Bonus.
    • All party members gain a 30% Healing Bonus.
  • Floor 12 Ley Line Disorders changed to:
    • For this floor only, the ley line flow will be normal.

Apart from the Leyline changes, the new version update will also change the monster line-up on Floors 11 – 12 of the Spiral Abyss. The monster line-up and the associated changes are divided into two Lunar Phases. 

Phase I: Lightning Moon

When opponents take Electro-Charged DMG, their Electro RES decreases by 10% for 10s. Max 4 stacks. Each stack’s duration is independent. Each enemy can receive this effect once every 1.2s.

Phase II: Godcall Moon

When the active character’s Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, Plunging Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts hit an opponent affected by Electro, a shockwave is created at that opponent’s position, dealing True DMG. A shockwave may be produced in this manner every 2s.

That aside, the reset times of the Spiral Abyss and Blessing of the Abyssal Moon will receive no changes. They will reset as usual on the first day or the sixteenth day of the respective month.
