Hilichurls are a common enemy and you will find them and their camps all around the current map. When you kill them—depending on their level, they will drop Firm Arrowhead, Sharp Arrowhead, and Weathered Arrowhead.

How to Get Tears of Calamitous God in Genshin Impact 

Tears of Calamitous God is a boss material that you can claim using original resin once you have defeated the weekly boss, Magatsu Mitake Narukami no Mikoto in Inazuma.
