Once you are in Ritou, you will learn about The Almighty Arataki Great and Glorious Drumalong Festival is taking place on the remote Amakane Island—giving you the objective to “Go to Amakane Island and look for the Arataki Gang.”

Go to the Amakane Island, and once you are there, “Talk to Hirohiko, the Yashiro Commission Representative.” He will ask you to go to the “Go to the tidal flats on northwest Amakane Island.” Follow the quest marker, exhaust your dialogues with Arataki Itto, and then “Drum along with Genta” to complete the event introduction.
