How to Get Solitary Sea Beast World Quest
As we mentioned earlier, players can get the Solitary Sea Beast world quest by talking to Kumi. She is found near the giant fishbone found south of Mouun Shrine. To get there, teleport to Watatsumi Island Statue of Seven and head towards the beach. There you can find Kumi.

Give Kumi three Sakura Blooms
After you start the Solitary Sea Beast world quest, Kumi will ask you to get three Sakura Blooms.
Head to the hilichurl camp in the west
Once you give her three Sakura Bloom. She will ask you to look for a scholar from Sumeru. She went to a Hilichurl camp.
Talk to Anisa
When you get to the Hilichurl Camp, you find that the Sumeru Scholar, Anisa, is surrounded by Hilichurls. Defeat them and then talk to Anisa.
Solve the puzzle of the Watatsumi Statue
Anisa will ask you to solve the Watatsumi Statue puzzle. To do that, first, you have to activate two electro and one hydro pillar found in the vicinity.
Once that is done, start at the first tile and then activate all the tiles till you reach the last tile. You can activate the Watatsumi Statue to change the orientation of the tiles to open a path.
Talk to Kumi
Return and talk to Kumi to learn the fate of the Sea Beast.
Quest End – A Mermaid’s Tale achievement unlocked
At the end of the quest, you will get the usual rewards and achievement called A Mermaid’s Tale.
