Genshin Impact Sword of Descension: How to get, Weapons Stats, and More

The Sword of Descension is a four-star event-exclusive weapon in Genshin Impact – that was given to PlayStation players as a reward for pre-registering for the game. In terms of stats and usage, the Sword of Descension offers great base ATK and secondary stat and since players who pre-registered for the game were able to use it at the very beginning of the game – it became a huge advantage.

The Sword of Descension offers a base ATK of 39 – that may seem low as compared to other four-star swords of Genshin Impact, but, it is balanced by the secondary stat that increase raw ATK percentage with a bases increase of 7.7%.

Sword of Descension Special Ability – The Special ability of Genshin Impact’s Sword of Descension is called “Descension“. And, here is the official description of what it does. Hitting enemies with Normal or Charged Attacks grants a 50% chance to deal 200% ATK as DMG in a small AoE. This effect can only occur once every 10s. Additionally, if the Traveler equips the Sword of Descension, their ATK is increased by 66.

How to get Sword of Descension in Genshin Impact

As we mentioned earlier, the Sword of Descension was given to PlayStation users as a reward for the pre-registration event. And, since it is an event exclusive weapon, it cannot be obtained in Genshin Impact with any other means.
