Keep in mind, daily commission quests in Genshin Impact are random. So even if you have already completed The Gourmet Supremos questline. There is a high chance you may not get The Gourmet Supremos: Where’d the Ingredients Go daily commission quest.
To increase your chances of getting the quest, change your daily commission location to Inazuma only.

To begin with the quest, players have to travel to Konda Village and talk to Julie. Once players talk to her, she will ask for three fresh Sakura Blooms.

Sadly, unlike other daily commissions or special quests, players cannot give the item present already in their inventory.
To complete The Gourmet Supremos: Where’d the Ingredients Go daily commission quest, players have to go to the search area and look for three Sakura Blooms.
If you are having a hard time locating them, you can change the game time to nighttime to easily spot the bluish-Sakura Blooms.
Use electro attacks on the Sakura Bloom to extract them. Once you have the required item. Return to Julie and complete the daily commission quest.
