Genshin Impact: Through the Mists Quest Guide

Through the Mists is a very big questline with a daily reset in Genshin Impact introduced with version 2.2 update. In this questline, players have to complete four world quests related to the lost civilization of Tsurumi Island and the Thunderbird.

How to Get Through the Mist Quest

Players can get Through the Mist world quest once they have completed the Seirai Stormchasers.  

You can trigger the Seirai Stormchasers world quest by talking to an NPC named Eiko. You can find her in a camp located between Fort Hiraumi and Koseki Village on the Seirai Island in the Inazuma region.

Once you have completed the Seirai Stormchasers world quest, the Though the Mist quest is automatically added to your quest log. 

Through the Mists Quest Guide

Similar to quests like Tatara Tales, Through the Mists is a questline with daily reset. There are four world quests under Through the Mists questline, namely – 

• A Particularly Particular Author
• Octave of the Maushiro
• The Sea of Fog and the Rite of the Trees
• The Sun-Wheel and Mt. Kanna

Completing any of the above quests, you have to wait for the daily reset. Only then you can trigger other quests in the Through the Mists questline.

There’s another world quest called The Saga of Mr. Forgetful associated with Through the Mists world quest. Once you complete the Octave of Maushiro world quest, wait till the daily reset, and after that, you can take on The Saga of Mr. Forgetful world quest. 

Completing The Sun-Wheel and Mt. Kanna world quest marks the end of the Through the Mists world quest.
