Genshin Impact: Zhongli High DPS Build

A few days ago, Genshin Impact released a new event wish banner, Gentry of Hermitage and Epitome Invocation. The Gentry of Hermitage banner includes two brand new playable characters, five-star Geo user Vago Mundo aka Zhongli, and four-star Pyro user Xinyan.

Zhongli is one of the most hyped characters of Genshin Impact. Now that he is available in the game, players have already started to perform Wishes to get him. Zhongli’s Elemental Skill and Burst Attacks

Vago Mundo aka Zhongli is the Geo Archon whose elemental skill and burst abilities deals devastating AoE damage. The elemental skill Dominus Lapidis calls forth a stone stele that deals Geo damage upon impact as well as a pulsing AoE Geo damage over the time.

Alike other playable characters’ elemental skill abilities, Zhongli also has two forms of elemental skill. Holding the elemental skill button deals a burst of AoE Geo damage to nearby enemies as well as creating a defensive shield that scales with Zhongli’s Max HP.

The later elemental skill is useful while dealing with enemies with Geo shields, as the attack either weakens the shield or completely destroys the shield.

The Elemental Burst Planet Befall summons a huge Geo Meteor that that upon impact petrifies all nearby enemies. Zhongli’s elemental burst is an ability that players can use to clear Domains, Spiral Abyss, and such other places where we can find a group of enemies altogether.

The five-star polearm weapon Primordial Jade-Winged Spear and the four-star Crescent Pike are two best weapons that we recommend to players who are going for the high DPS build.

Primordial Jade-Winged Spear

• Base ATK: 44
• Secondary Stat Type: CRIT Rate %
• Effect: On a hit, increases ATK by 3.2% for 6s. Max 7 stacks. This effect can only occur once every 0.3s. While in possession of the maximum possible stacks, DMG dealt is increased by 12%.

Crescent Pike

• Base ATK: 48
• Secondary Stat Type: Physical Damage %
• Effect: After picking up an Elemental Orb/Particle, Normal and Charged Attacks deal an additional 20% ATK as DMG for 5s.
