Goodgame Studios Brings Big Farm Simulator to Mobile

This article is over 7 years old and may contain outdated information

Goodgame Studios found success with its action-packed empire builder Empire: Four Kingdoms. Now, it’s offering up a simulator with fewer swords and more hooves. Big Farm: Mobile Harvest is the mobile-friendly adaptation of browser simulator Goodgame Big Farm, bringing the charm of the farm to handheld devices.

Your old uncle George has given you an unloved lot of land to deal with, and it’s up to you to turn this patch of scrub into a thriving farm complete with lovely livestock, luscious crops and hard-working farmhands. You’re not on your own, though – there to help you along the way are Benny, Tessa and other quirky local characters keen to see you succeed. They’ll give you tasks and offer advice on how best to build your idyllic farmyard. You can also join forces with fellow farmers by joining co-ops and exchanging tips and tricks.

Although there isn’t the sabre rattling of Four Kingdoms, Big Farm: Mobile Harvest still requires some strategy. You’ve got to balance growing the farm with making it sustainable, and without risking the welfare of your animals or workers. You can use your crops to feed your animals, use the manure to fertilise the crops, sell the animals at market and reinvest the money into making your farm even better. All whilst enjoying the vibrant graphics and relaxing pace.

There are seasonal events to look forward to, including a Halloween Party to organise and a Fairytale Festival, or you can just enjoy completing the regular quests that come your way. If you’re on the lookout for a new farm sim, Big Farm: Mobile Harvest might be just the thing. You can download it for free from the App Store and Google Play.
