Happy Café plays similar to Nordcurrent’s other cooking game, Cooking Fever. If you’ve played that then you’re already ahead of the game! If not, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered with our Happy Café cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!

Collect the ingredients!

Keeping your barn well-stocked the first step to becoming the cafe owner! Be sure to constantly check your shops and farms to see if their resources are ready to be harvested. Some of them need to be check frequently, like farms that have quick growing times, while others can be checked on later, like the Shops.

Keep on cooking!

Your barn isn’t the only thing that needs to be kept stock! When you’re away from the game, customers will continue to enter your cafe and order food. Your cafe will generate coins over time as long as it has food to serve. If you’re planning to step away from the game for a bit, be sure to at least cook up a lot of dishes to keep your food stocks high.

Even if you’re not going to be away for a while, you should be constantly cooking dishes. If you’re on top of your harvests and you’ve got a lot of ingredients, you’ll probably hit your barn limit quickly. Wasted space effectively means wasted coins, so keep cooking so you can keep harvesting!

Complete the Tasks!

When you go to the Task house, you can switch between viewing your Tasks and Achievements. Tasks are the general missions that lead you down the normal progression route. Follow these tasks to ensure that your cafe stays up to date! A lot of these tasks are also worth a lot of coins, so it’s important that you keep up with them. Just keep in mind that tasks are timed, and they’re cycle out for new tasks if you don’t complete them in time.

Achievements, on the other hand, are long term goals. These will ask you to do specific things like serve a specific dish a number of times, build a certain number of furniture, and so forth. Achievements reward gems when you complete them, so check in every now and to collect.

Increase your barn storage as soon as possible!

Your barn fills up with random ingredients very quickly, as we mentioned before. If you can help it, try not to harvest ingredients for recipes you can’t even cook yet. For example, the game will let you buy the Egg and Milk shop way before you can even cook anything that uses those two ingredients. Harvesting those ingredients will just cause them to take up space in your barn since you’re unable to use them.

You can spend coins to increase the storage size of your barn. Unlike the coin storage, the barn storage upgrades become increasingly expensive. Try to balance between buying new appliances and increasing your storage size.
