This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

Hello Hero was a big success story for Korean studio Fincon, with the social RPG amassing a global user base of 20 million and topping the app store charts in 49 countries since its release in 2012. Six years on, its sequel has just arrived on European appstores following its recent launch in North and South America.

Like the original, Hello Hero Epic Battle takes core role-playing mechanics and repackages them in an accessible, touchscreen-friendly format.

The story picks up years on from the events of the previous game and finds the world of Armon in peril again. The Phobos Army threatens to invade, and a new generation of heroes has teamed up with the warriors of old to thwart its evil plans.

Players will have the chance to build a squad comprised of these heroes and there are over 100 of them to recruit. They’re fully customisable and can be levelled up to learn new skills.

Now available to all western audiences, Hello Hero Epic Battle puts its own spin on RPG traditions including solo questing, co-op missions, dungeon raids and PvP.

The game is available as a free download on Google Play and the App Store, and features optional in-app purchases. For more information head over to its official Facebook page.
