The party will never end if you follow our guide, so let’s get started with our Hello Kitty Music Party tips and tricks guide!

1. Complete the missions!

A party just isn’t a party without some fun mission to complete, right?! At the top of the screen you can see your current mission progress. These missions will ask you to tap along to the beat a certain amount of times, pop a specific number of clouds, or collect a certain amount of vibes. Every time you complete a mission you’ll immediately earn a big multiplier towards your buildings’ efficiency, so it’s a great way to earn even more vibes!

You’ll complete most of these naturally with the exception of the clouds. Clouds will spawn over time and you’ll need to tap on them manually to pop them. If there’s one currently moving around but not in your view, you’ll see an indicator on the screen pointing you towards it.

2. Get the upgrades that compliment you!

Hello Kitty Music Party is a happy-go-lucky “clicker” game. These games can be played in two different ways, or both if you’d like! The first way is to actively dance with the cute little Sanrio characters by tapping along with the beat as you’ve probably been doing. The second way is to build up your music party city and let them generate good vibes for you.

If you’re the type that loves to dance with the Sanrio characters and tap along to the beat actively, you’ll want to pour most of your vibes into upgrades for the Hello Kitty Metronome. Upgrading the metronome will increase the amount of vibes you earn from beat taps!

If you’re the type that just likes to watch your music party grow and grow, then you’ll want to invest in the buildings. Each building is ran by a different Sanrio character and will generate vibes for you automatically over time. The more expensive the building, the more vibes you’ll get from it. They’ll even generate vibes when you have the game closed!

3. Go for the combo!

While both ways are fun ways to play the game, if you’re looking to generate a lot of good vibes then tapping is easily the way to go! Tapping along to the music without missing a beat will increase your multiplier. It’ll continue to rise, granting you more good vibes with each tap to the beat. The closer you are to the beat, the more vibes you’ll get. It goes from Awesome -> Great -> Cool -> Miss.

4. Activate the chance records!

Occasionally you’ll see the middle of the giant record show three mini records instead of the usual Hello Kitty font. When this happens, tap it and you’ll get a Chance Time. Pick any of the three records and swipe up to see what you win! You’ll get temporary upgrades that increase the amount of vibes you get from either taps or buildings. Be careful though! Not all of the chance time rewards are positive – some will actually decrease your efficiency or reduce your tap vibes! Don’t worry though, because they’re temporary just like the positive effects, and you can even skip them altogether if you watch a short advertisement.
