Face off against other players around the world in cutthroat time attack competitions, or take on one of the daily challenges. Our Hot Wheels Infinite Loop tips and tricks will show you how to handle your car like a racing pro.

Do not let the toy brand fool you – Hot Wheel Infinite Loop is a tried and true racing game with challenging mechanics. Let’s get started with our Hot Wheel Infinite Loop cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide to race like a pro!

Drift like a pro!

This is Hot Wheels we are talking about, so of course you are going to be drifting and boosting non-stop! When you are drifting around a curve, take note of your wheels – they will spark intermittently, with three different colors.

The first spark will be red, the second spark will be yellow, and the third spark will be blue. When you see blue sparks, that is your cue to let go!

Timing the drift sparks right will result in a perfect boost, a nice boost to get you going along when you do not have your nitro. Releasing your drift at the other sparks will get you a boost but not as good as the blue one, which results in the “Perfect Drift”.

Be careful that you do not hold the drift any longer than that, as doing so will cause you to overdrift and lose control over your Hot Wheel temporarily.

Nitro Flash/Triple Nitro is the way to pull ahead!

As you learned in the tutorial, you can reactivate your nitro when it hits the blue sections to perform a Nitro Flash, which extends your nitro into the next segment and further boosts your speed.

Filling up your nitro all the way and performing a Triple Nitro, which is flashing through your entire bar, grants you a MASSIVE speed boost!

Wait for your nitro meter to fill up fully, then let it rip and keep Nitro Flashing to keep your speed up. Make sure to keep an eye for the drones, and slam into them to refill your meter.

If you can chain these actions together you can boost for a very long time! Just watch the course and make sure you do not slam into anything.

Complete the daily tasks!

Every day you are given a set of five tasks that will ask you to do things like race in the leagues, open a box, use nitro a set amount of times, and so forth.

Completing a task will reward you with a small amount of chromers – the premium currency of the game – but it is the Super Box you are after.

Completing all five tasks rewards you with a Super Box, which contains 84 coins and 49 cards, with at least five of them being tier 2 cards!

Compete in the League before tackle the other options!

New players will want to start out in the league. The more you play in the league, the more you will rank up and at the end when the league is over, you will be rewarded based on your final ranking.

However, the most important part comes from the track knowledge you gain. Repeat races will help you memorize the track layouts, which is perfect because they will help you get more ready for the more difficult Challenges.

Try Challenges for more cards!

Once you have a bit of experience behind the wheel and your tier 1 car is upgraded a bit, you might be ready to tackle the challenges. The first type is the Daily Challenge, which is what you want to go for mainly.

The Daily Challenge is basically a time attack where you try to complete the course as fast as you can. Depending on how fast you finish, you may be rewarded with various cards.

The second challenge is the Gates Trial. This one will reward you with coins depending on how far you get. It works exactly like a normal league match where you need to keep going through gates to keep your time limit up.

The farther you go, the more coins you will get. Both of these challenges run on daily timers, so try to get through them as much as possible before they cycle out. Your challenge tickets refresh fairly quickly, so do not be afraid to trying as much as you like.

Take down opponents to set them back greatly!

When you have cars moving this fast, collisions are only natural, so why not use them to your advantage!? If you are going fast enough (using nitro after several flashes), you can slam right into another player and you might send them careening into a wall, totaling their Hot Wheel.

This sets them back several seconds on the track, which is more than enough to take advantage of.

You can also sandwich opponents by forcing them to crash between you and a wall, or another player. Both of you have to be moving pretty fast for this to work though, so you might need to try a few times to get it down.

That’s all for Hot Wheels Infinite Loop! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
