The Jetpack is one of the fun and goofy means of transport that has been present in most of the entries in the Grand Theft Auto series. In most cases, the Jetpack in Grand Theft Auto games is obtained via cheat codes or mods.

At the time of writing this article, there are no known methods to obtain a Jetpack in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City mobile. Officially, GTA Vice City does not offer Jetpack, and unlike the previous and recent entries in the Grand Theft Auto series, Vice City doesn’t have any cheat codes to spawn a Jetpack.

However, there are Cleo mods that players can install in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City PC version to get the Jetpack. Here is the link to download the Jetpack mod. But keep in mind, it will work only for PC players. 

And as for Mobile users; Sadly, there is no way to get Jetpack in the game.
