LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is an extensive game with lots of optional missions and extra content. A lot of this content makes its way to you as you are progressing through the main plot of the game, while at other times, you will have to specifically go out of your way to find out that these collectibles and side missions actually existed.
So what can you use to make your time finding this extra content a lot easier? You guessed it: rumors! No, not the kind that your bully spread around about you in the 6th grade; much more useful ones. Read on below to find out just how rumors work in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
How Rumors Work in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
Rumors, in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, are not intangible floaty whispers that travel from ear to mouth, but are actual things that you can purchase. In game, open the holoprojector menu to find your rumors. Depending on what you want to unlock, you can investigate the character menu, missions, or ships.
Let’s say you want to figure out how to unlock the Jedi Starfighter micro ship; you will first need to select the Ship category in the Micro Ships option to select the Jedi Starfighter micro ship. After selecting it, you will notice the option of purchasing a rumor. Purchasing a rumor will cost you 30,000 stubs.

After the purchase, you will notice that the mini kits you require to unlock the Jedi Starfighter micro ship are in Episode II, which is crucial information you require to unlock the ship. In this same manner, you can purchase rumors for any other content like puzzles, missions, items, and more (for 30,000 stubs, of course).
