To enter this key, you must enter the Secret Level Select Menu. After that, you need to navigate the Sound Test menu. And to get access to the debug mode, you need to play certain sounds. Below is the combination of sounds for every Sonic version.

  • Sonic Origins: Sonic 1. Secret debug code: 01, 09, 09, 01, 00, 06, 02, 03.
  • Sonic Origins: Sonic 2. Secret debug code: 01, 09, 09, 02, 01, 01, 02, 04.
  • Sonic Origins: Sonic 3 + Knuckles. Secret debug code: 01, 09, 09, 04, 01, 00, 01, 08.
