The very first proper boss you will fight in your journey through Bilgewater and the Shadow Isles is the Blood Harbor Ripper, an enemy that fans of League of Legends will instantly recognize.

Here’s how to defeat this boss without too many troubles.

How to Beat Blood Harbor Ripper in Ruined King: A League of Legends Story

The Blood Harbor Ripper is fought during the To Catch a Killer main story quest. You will be using Illaoi alongside two other guest characters, and balancing healing with offense will be extremely important to emerge victoriously from the battle.

The Blood Harbor Ripper comes with three different attacks – Serrated Strike, Bone Skewer and Ambush. The first one is capable of dealing a variety of debuffs, the second is a guaranteed critical hit if the target is suffering from Bleed, while the third deals massive damage to a single target, often killing one of the two allies in a single hit. As such, you will want to bring as many Revival Potions as possible.

Outside of reviving and healing as needed, there isn’t any other special strategy that can make this fight easier. Make sure to remove all debuffs as quickly as possible to prevent Bone Skewer from dealing a critical hit, and you should not have too many troubles sending the Ripper back to the Deep from where he came from.
