During your time in Ruined King: A League of Legends Story, you will be facing a lot of powerful enemies that will force you to learn how to use your Champions properly and utilize their abilities to their full potential.
Many are the bosses in the game that will put your skills and knowledge of the game mechanics to the test. Among them is the Spider Queen Mor’rath. Here’s everything you need to know to beat her.
How to Beat Spider Queen Mor’rath in Ruined King: A League of Legends Story
The Spider Queen Mor’rath is fought during The Way is Shut main story quest. At this point in the story, only Braum and Yasuo will have joined Illaoi, so you will be forced to use these three Champions.
The boss is always accompanied by two other underlings. At the start of the battle, these will be Giant Temple Spiders that are capable of dealing light damage with the Feast ability or applying a web debuff that slows afflicted characters down with Ensnare. Since getting webbed also boosts Feast’s attack power, you will want to defeat these two enemies first before you start focusing on the Spider Queen. She will continue to summon some help, but the new spiders are considerably weaker and only capable of using Feast, so they can be ignored easily to focus on the main boss.
Other than Feast and Ensnare, Spider Queen Mor’rath can also use Path of Webs, which brings a hazard to the balance lane that inflicts any character on it with the web debuff. As such, you will want to stay away from it as much as possible by using Lane abilities. All the other attacks can easily be tanked by Braum, so make sure to use Taunt and the Champion’s other defensive abilities to put up a shield and take the heat off of Illaoi and Yasuo, who should focus on healing and dealing damage respectively. Keep at it, and you will eventually succeed, and sent back the Spider Queen to the heal it crawled out from!
