This doesn’t require any formal training or education, and the job should show up on the job board. If you don’t see it at first, just age up and check again, as it is random.

Just like with the majority of jobs, you must keep your stats high to be accepted for promotion. Make sure your happiness and health are high and you should be able to get a promotion to Porn Cameraman first.
