To break the Seal at the Sellia Town of Sorcery, you have to light up three towers found all around the town. You can climb one of the buildings and look around to easily spot the towers that you have to light up to break the seal.

Each of these towers has ladders using which you can make the climb. Once you manage to light up all three towers, the Seal at the Sellia Town of Sorcery will get undone.
