From raising a monster pet to feeding and growing them into a music-loving monster, there’s a lot to do in My Singing Monsters as the game allows players to take care of a collection of fun monster characters on a beautiful island.
Grow, care for your monsters, upgrade and watch them grow into cute little pets. You can also design and build unique decorations that’ll beautify the world even more. There’s a lot to do in the game and in this article, we’ll be showing you how to breed Grumpyre in My Singing Monsters.
How to Breed Grumpyre in My Singing Monsters
Grumpyre is one of the most beloved monsters in the game and to breed Grumpyre, you’ll have to reach Level 9 by using a combination of a four-element monster Deedge and one three-element monster as shown below:
- Deedge + Congle (Air, Water, Cold)
- Deedge + Spunge (Air, Plant, Water)
- Deedge + Thumpies (Air, Plant, Cold)
- Deedge + Bowgart (Plant, Water, Cold)
Afterwards, click on the Breeding Structure and choose the monsters you’d like to breed and wait for 36 hours. And if you don’t want to wait, you can spend around 36 diamonds (1 diamond per hour) to skip the breeding wait time.
As an Ethereal creature, the Grumpyre can only be bred on Ethereal Island, so if you’re yet to build a Breeding Structure on that island, click on the game’s Market icon, select the Structures menu and purchase the Breeding Structure for 200 Gold or 10 Shards.
After the waiting time has passed, click on the Nursery and you’ll be able to place Grumpyre on either Cold Island or Ethereal Island. By using the above method, you should have at least a 1% possibility of breeding Grumpyre. The game’s Wiki page statistics also show that players will have a 50% probability of breeding one Grumpyre after 70 attempts and a 99% probability of breeding a Grumpyre after a massive 690 attempts.
Most players can only attempt this when the Ethereal Breeding Bonanzas Daily Deal is underway because it’s a deal that’ll increase the chance of breeding an Ethereal by 500% or even 1,000%, which highly increases your chance of successfully breeding a Grumpyre.
