In Ragnarok M: Eternal Love, you can change Channel by talking to the Change Teleporter NPC found in Izlude. When you talk to the said NPC, you will get the option to enter your desired Channel Number to switch to that particular Channel in exchange for 99 Zeny.

When you change channels in Ragnarok M: Eternal Love, you have to wait for two hours to hunt MVPs or Mini-Bosses. If you are in the middle of any challenge or quest that requires you to hunt down MVPs or such other enemies, it’s better not to change channels.
Your current Channel is displayed in the top right corner of the game screen, above the mini-map. You can make a note of it if you want any of your friends to join your Channel.
