How to Complete the Dashing Through the Skies Quest in Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream

Just like most other sidequests in Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream, the Dashing Through the Skies quest can be started by speaking with Kati at the Crystal Sparkle Pavilion.

To complete this quest, you will have to deliver two units of Wing Plant. This item can be found rather easily in the Near-Forest. To get it, you will have to interact with the tall plants that can be found in the area.

After getting two units of Wing Plant, head back to the Crystal Sparkle Pavilion and speak with Kati to complete the quest. You will get 840 Cole for your troubles.
