How to Complete the Fledge’s Workout Side Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD

Link is a hero like very few others. In The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD, not only he saves the world from destruction, but he also makes some time to help people with their troubles. Sure, he does get rewarded for his trouble, but there is no denying that it is his heroic spirit that makes him help these poor NPCs.

How to Complete the Fledge’s Workout Side Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD

To take on the Fledge’s Workout side quest, first, you will need to find Kukiel and complete the Sandship. The side quest can be initiated even earlier, but its second and final part will only start once you make progress in the story.

Before you talk with Fledge, you need to head to the Potion Shop in the Bazaar and purchase two Stamina Potions. After this is done, sleep until night then head into Fledge’s room in the Knight Academy. Give him a Stamina Potion to help him in his training. Do this again for another night to give him the second Stamina Potion.

At this point, all you will need to do to complete the quest is talk with Fledge again at night after completing the Sandship. You will receive 5 Gratitude Crystals for your trouble and you will also unlock the Pumpkin Pull minigame.
