Among the fetch quests in the game is the Glitter in Ginza sidequest. Here’s how to complete it.

How to Complete the Glitter in Ginza Sidequest in Shin Megami Tensei V

The Glitter in Ginza sidequest can be started after defeating Ishtar by speaking with Queen Medb to the north of the Ginza Leyline fount in the Chiyoda ward. The demon’s precise location can be found on the map below.

Queen Medb will ask you to bring her 2 Diamonds, 3 Garnets, and 3 Aquamarines. These items are obtained in a variety of ways, but the quickest is by searching in the areas indicated by Quest Navigators such as Amanozako. In the Chiyoda ward, you can enlist the services of Decarabia by speaking with the demon near Tokyo Station after Ishtar has been defeated.

Once you have all items, go back to Queen Medb to complete the quest. You will receive 14,000 EXP Points as well as 3 Grimoires. From now on, you can bring more Diamonds, Garnets and Aquamarines to receive Vitality, Agility, and Luck Incenses as well.
