Completing the Malpractice Millionaire Challenge in BitLife

This week’s BitLife challenge is all about living life on the wild side to get your best look. This challenge requires players to not only survive botched surgeries, but to also win a malpractice lawsuit. For this challenge, you need to:

  • Be born a female in Los Angeles
  • Survive 3+ botched procedures
  • Win a malpractice lawsuit
  • Read ‘Strong Looks Better Naked’
  • Marry a millionaire

This challenge doesn’t seem too bad at first glance, but there is a little bit of randomness involved with the botched procedures, the lawsuit, and the book.

Before we start, if you’re catching up on challenges, the one before this was the One Peace challenge. If you need help completing older challenges, be sure to read our guide on how to complete the One Peace challenge in BitLife. Now, without further ado, let’s become a Malpractice Millionaire!

How to be Born a Female in Los Angeles

As usual, the first objective of any challenge is always easy. To be born a female in Los Angeles, you have to start a new life (not a random life), then set your gender to female, country to United States, and place to Los Angeles. Once your setup looks like the screenshot below, you’re good to go.

How to Survive 3 Botched Surgeries

The next objective is to survive three botched plastic surgeries. In the activities tab, scroll down to access the plastic surgeries. There are a couple of precautions you can take to avoid getting killed by a botched surgery.

First off, keep your character’s health stat high. As long as your character is naturally healthy, a botched surgery shouldn’t kill them on the spot, unless something goes horribly wrong.

Second, try to aim for low-risk surgeries, such as botox, face lifts, or liposuction. These plastic surgeries are the ones that usually don’t have significant consequences when the doctor screws up, so stick with them.

Now, for this challenge, we actually need the doctors to screw up. When you’re selecting a plastic surgery, compare the reputations between the two random doctors, and go with the least reputable one. If both doctors have high reputations, force quit the game through your device and restart it to cycle in new doctors if you don’t want to age up a year.

How to Win a Malpractice Lawsuit

Now that you’ve survived enough botched surgeries, it’s time to sue the pants off of your doctors. Go back into the activities tab, and scroll down until you see the lawsuit button. Tap that, and you can choose who you want to sue. Pick any of the doctors that botched your plastic surgeries.

Next, you’ll have to decide on a law firm and damages amount. Make sure you go with the most expensive law firm to have the highest chances of winning the lawsuit. Save up some cash from your job if you can’t afford the top firm.

How much you want to sue for damages is up to you. The lowest amount has the highest rate of winning, but if you’re feeling lucky, you can sue for more money. For the sake of the challenge, we recommend sticking with the lowest amount, as it’ll making winning the case easier.

How to Read the ‘Strong Looks Better Naked’ Book

Tip: Before attempting this objective, go into the game settings and disable the Mini-Games option. This will make it so that you don’t actually have the click through the entire book to complete the objective.

Next up, we have to read the book titled “Strong Looks Better Naked”. To do this, go into activities, then into mind & body, then tap on the book button. This objective can be pretty annoying due to the randomness, so buckle up.

A list of seven randomly chosen books will appear. Quickly skim through the list, and if “Strong Looks Better Naked” isn’t there, hit the X button to cancel. Tap on the book button again to cycle in a new list of books. Repeat until you get the book you need. Depending on how lucky or unlucky you are, you might have to do this several times to get the book to show up.

How to Marry a Millionaire

We’re finally in the home stretch! All you need to do now is marry a millionaire. Chances are, if you’re reading this guide, you probably have your own favorite way of marrying into a rich family.

If you don’t have a preferred method of marrying rich, then we’ve got you covered. In the activities list, go to love, then use a dating app. It costs a small amount of money to use, but that shouldn’t be a problem at this point.

Set whatever you want for the desired age, but make sure to set your desired net worth to be $1M+. Older folks tend to have a higher chance of being millionaires, so you may want to aim for the higher age brackets.

Once you found the millionaire of your dreams, start dating them and do everything in your power to make them like you a lot. Talk to them, spend time with them, give them gifts, compliment them, anything to butter them up.

Once you’ve gotten your significant other’s relationship meter almost maxed out, it’s time to pop the question. Follow through with the wedding and you’ll complete this objective.

Congratulations, you’ve completed the Malpractice Millionaire challenge in BitLife! If you have any other tips or questions about this BitLife challenge, let us know in the comments below, and don’t forget to check out the rest of our BitLife coverage.
