How to Complete The Philosopher Sidequest in Ruined King: A League of Legends Story

The Philosopher sidequest is started after entering the Drowned Port on the Shadow Isles after completing the A New Clarity main story quest. When you do this, you will be approached by a character as soon as you reach the port.

After this happens, you will need to speak with The Philosopher Kalia, who can be found in the Drowned Port to the opposite side of the Enchanting shop. Once you spot the character, speak with her about all of the Champions in your party not only to unlock this quest but also to unlock new sidequests that allow all six heroes to learn their Level 3 Ultimate attacks. No other reward is provided for completing this sidequest.
