How to Engrave Slabs in Dwarf Fortress

Slabs in Dwarf Fortress are quite useful items as they allow you to bury your dead dwarfs. In order to engrave them, you will need to follow the next steps:

• Craft a slab.
• Open the Stoneworker’s Workshop.
• Open the Tasks tab.
• Click on the Engrave Memorial Slab button.
• Choose the dead dwarf that you want to bury that way.
• Click on this dwarf’s name to engrave a memorial slab for it.
• Wait for your stoneworker to engrave the slab.
