How to Equip and Use Poison Mist in Elden Ring

The Poison Mist Incantation can be found in the Weeping Peninsula, which is located in the southern region of Limgrave. From the beginning of the game, head southeast to cross the Bridge of Sacrifice, which will lead you to the Weeping Peninsula. From there, head to the location marked on the map:

You’ll find a Teardrop Scarab here, so kill it quickly before it escapes to receive Poison Mist. Just like any other Incantation, you’ll need to rest at any Site of Grace, then select the Memorize Spell option. You can then equip Poison Mist into any of your spell slots to ready it for use.

Now that you have it memorized, you must equip a Sacred Seal, which certain classes start out with. Sacred Seals are required to cast Incantations, so with it equipped, cycle through your spells by pressing up on the directional pad until you get to Poison Mist. Now all you have to do is press the corresponding button that matches the hand you equipped the Sacred Seal in, and you’ll cast Poison Mist!
