Ultimately, Skrelp can be evolved into Dragalge by leveling up the Pokémon to level 48. Once you get to level 48, Skrelp’s evolution process will commence.

And if you’re struggling to raise Skrelp’s level in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can use auto-battle Pokémon in the Overworld by simply pressing the R button on your controller. This will send out the Pokémon in your first party slot.
