Here’s how to expand the hospital with a Patient Ward.

How to Expand the Hospital in Animal Crossing: New Horizons Happy Home Paradise

After designing your 25th vacation home and building your hospital, you can expand it with a Patient Ward that will make your facility even more functional.

To create the Patient Ward, you will have to talk with the receptionist at the hospital’s waiting room and ask if you can donate. The receptionist will ask for 120,000 Poki, which is the price to pay to start the Patient Ward building process.

Once you have donated the required Poki, wait for a day to pass then talk with Lottie in the Paradise Planning office. Tell her you want to talk about facilities, choose the hospital and pick the expand it option. To build the Patient Ward, you will have to place three Beds, and once you do, the hospital will be officially expanded, ready to take care of more patients!
