To do it, you need a golf cart. After you successfully get it, find 3 people to help. The best option is to use fellow travelers. You can easily find 2 of them near the bank, the last one you need to deliver from the suburb.

All you need is to drive your golf cart opposite the door and escape the vehicle. The passenger will automatically drop out and open the door for you. And to find the bank elevator, you need to repeat this inside the bank. That is how it works.
Using 2 Cars
The point is that at the corner of the bank, there is a service exit. To find it, look at the bank for 5 minutes. The place from which employees leave will be a service exit.
