How to Fix Error 268 in Roblox
The very first thing to do is to disable cheats, exploits, etc. And if there are none, then any minor programs should be turned off for the duration of the game. After turning off the bad software, Roblox should work.
But if it did not, do the following steps:
- Press the key combination Win + R.
- Enter%appdata% and press Enter.
- Go to the Roaming folder, then open Roblox.
- Delete all files with the .xml extension. To see them, you need to check the “File name extensions” flag in the “View” tab of the explorer. This includes deleting GlobalBasicSettings13.xml.
- Launch the game and click on the “Join” button.
