Getting 5 Stars
To get a 5-stars rating in a hotel, players must upgrade all the facilities in their hotel, including guest rooms, housekeeping, front desk, and additional facilities like bars and electrical rooms.
There are lots of facilities to provide guests in a single room, as well as upgrading them. For example, starting from the TV and working their way up to features like Wi-Fi (Internet Connection). Keeping the other facilities upgraded like the Toilet also slowly adds up till players get their coveted 5-stars.
If this does not give players 5 stars, then it helps to re-check all the rooms, facilities, and their services’ upgrades by tapping the stats button in the top-right side -> build tab. Players can check the list of all the facilities that need to be upgraded fully to achieve 5-stars.
