The Fishing Rods, aka Fishing Poles, are tools that players can use along with bait to perform fishing activities in Terraria. As you know, there are a wide variety of items in Terraria that players can get on a random basis while fishing. This makes the fishing activity in the game, somewhat mandatory, as if you avoid it, you will be missing a great number of items.
