TM040 teaches a Pokemon the move Air Cutter. Air Cutter is an Flying type move with mid-high power and good accuracy. This move has 1-stage increase on Critical Hit ratio for the Pokemon who learns it. Here are the stats for Air Cutter:

Air Cutter can be crafted at the TM Machine only once the Poke Center has been discovered. It is also available in an area to the east of Artazon. Air Cutter can then be crafted using the following: 400 LP, Combee Honey x3.
