Raft is a survival crafting adventure game where players find themselves in the middle of the ocean with nothing but a tiny little raft to survive on. Players need to build their raft outward and find a way to survive with limited resources. One way of collecting floating debris is through the use of Collection Nets, so today we’ll show you how to get an Advanced Collection Net in Raft!
Getting an Advanced Collection Net in Raft
During the early days of your adventure in Raft, you will spend a lot of time throwing your hook out to reel in the debris that floats past your raft. The debris actually proves to be helpful materials that you can use to build machines with.
It’s a bit cumbersome and annoying to have to fish for your resources all the time, don’t you think? Thankfully, the game provides you with a crafting recipe to make Collection Nets once you’ve researched enough materials at the Research Table.
Collection Nets can be placed around your raft just like normal foundation platforms, and any time debris floats into the net, it’ll get stuck, and you can grab it for essentially automated farming.
Collection Nets can only hold up to 10 items, and once they hit their limit, any additional debris will float right through the net. Eventually, you’ll be able to craft the Advanced Collection Net, which can hold 15 items.
To obtain an Advanced Collection Net, you will first need to research a Titanium Ingot, which will unlock the crafting recipe. The full recipe requires:
- Plank x 6
- Rope x 10
- Titanium Ingot x 4

Once you have the materials, simply craft the net in your menu as you would any other item, then just place it down around your raft like a normal net. Don’t forget to protect it with foundation armor—you don’t want those precious Titanium Ingots to go to waste!
