They can be gained from Badtz-Maru when you level up your friendship to level 10, or as a Daily Log In reward. Eventually, you get to find them just lying about the island… But when does this happen?

After you complete the Icy Peak quest A Challenging Rescue, suddenly Game Tickets are scattered around the island like any other resource. You can pick them up and collect as many as you like to spend on the various games run by a Null in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

Game Tickets are spent on playing any one of the four currently available games run by the cute little Nulls in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. There is one game spot in each of these areas: Spooky Swamp, Mount Hothead, Gemstone Town, and near the underwater Comedy Club.
