TMs are a quick and easy way to hone your battle strategies, as you don’t need to grind out levels to learn certain moves. Today, we’ll show you how to get Disarming Voice (TM019) in Scarlet & Violet.

Obtaining Disarming Voice (TM019) in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

TM019 teaches the Fairy-type special move Disarming Voice, which attacks opponents with 40 base power. Despite the low power, Disarming Voice never misses, making it a very reliable move.

Before you can craft TM019 at the TM Machine, you’ll need to find it first… which is what we would say normally, but TM019 is actually one of the few TMs you unlock right off the bat.

As soon as you visit a Pokémon Center for the first time and the game teaches you about the TM Machines where you can craft your own TMs, TM019 Disarming Voice will be ready to craft right away.

Despite this, there exists a TM019 in the wild that you can get for free. Fly over to the Cortondo (East) Pokémon Center, then head directly south. As you drop off the cliff, you should see the yellow Poké Ball containing Disarming Voice.

You can craft TM019 Disarming Voice right away, and the materials you need are:

• 200 LP
• Ralts Dust x 3

Wild Ralts can be found wandering around South Province, near the very beginning of the game. Use the “Let’s Go” command to farm them easily and quickly.
