Dragonflight, the ninth expansion for the long-running fantasy MMORPG World of Warcraft, has introduced many interesting features such as the new environment Dragon Isles, the ancestral home of the Dragon Aspects. There’s also a new playable race in the game, the Dracthyr, and a new Dracthyr-exclusive player class, the Evoker. The Evoker is a race and class combination that allows players to switch between a human-like appearance and an anthropomorphic dragon-like form.
Although there are new currencies, quests, and characters, there are also specific items to discover, one of which is the Dragon Shard of Knowledge. In this guide, you can learn how to get the Dragon Shard of Knowledge in WoW: Dragonflight.
How to get the Dragon Shard of Knowledge in WoW: Dragonflight
There isn’t much to the Dragon Shard of Knowledge in WoW: Dragonflight, except that it allows players with professions to unlock draconic knowledge and apply it to their preferred profession. Players can get Dragon Shards in many ways after they’ve completed the Ohn’ahran Plains questline.
And unlike Bloody Tokens, getting Dragon Shards in WoW: Dragonflight doesn’t require players to battle different enemy factions. This doesn’t mean you should stop searching for them, but they are pretty simple to find when quests are completed throughout Dragon Isles.
There’s also the undead Fisherman Tinnak at Azure Span, with a reported drop chance of 17%, and the elite Researcher Sneakwing of Ohn’ahran Plains, with a drop chance of 14%.
As aforesaid, players must first complete a few quests in the Dragon Isles before they can find Dragon Shards. Those are the whole Ohn’ahran Plains quest, Clan quiz, and even the cycling of gifts for Khadin’s Wisdom. And after getting them, you can turn your Dragon Shards in to Khadin, the Master Artisan found in Ohn’ahran Plains.
That’s all you need to know on how to get Dragon Shards in WoW: Dragonflight. Check out our dedicated section for more detailed guides on the game.
