Of course, you will need to use them wisely as these resources are quite problematic to obtain. There are a few ways that allow you to earn some Evolution Shards and Evolution Crystals.
The first way to obtain these resources is called Evolution Drill. This is a special game mode with missions that allow you to obtain some Evolution Shards and Evolution Crystals as Completion Rewards and Battle Rewards. However, you won’t be able to obtain a lot of these resources from Evolution Drill. Also, you can get some Evolution Crystals as First Time Reward for certain Challenges.

The second way to obtain Evolution Crystals and Evolution Shards is more effective but requires you to farm a lot of coins. You can buy both of these resources in the Shop. However, this way requires you to farm a huge amount of money.
