You can get Fischl’s new skin called Ein Immernachtstraum for free using 2000 event currency obtained in the Dreamlike Visions [Echoing Tales V2] major event of Genshin Impact 2.8 update.

The details on how to get Fischl’s skin can have a little discrepancy as we know that you can obtain it for free during the version 2.8 major event. However, there are nuances to the Twinning Isle and associated major events that are yet to be explored. 

Fischl’s new skin is four-star in rarity, and as we mentioned earlier, it’s called Ein Immernachtstraum—a German text which translates to A Perpetual Night’s Dream. We also have something similar from William Shakespeare—a comedy genre book called A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

As per Wikipedia, “the play is set in Athens and consists of several subplots that revolve around the marriage of Theseus and Hippolyta. One subplot involves a conflict among four Athenian lovers.”
