Getting this pseudo-legendary Pokemon in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl isn’t particularly simple, so you have definitely come to the right if you want to know more on how to get it.

How to Get Garchomp in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

There are currently two ways of getting Garchomp in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, and both require you to put in quite a bit of effort.

The first way of getting Garchomp is getting Gible and evolving it into Gabite and then evolving Gabite into Garchomp. To do so, you will first have to bring Gible to level 24 to evolve it into Gabite, then bring Gabite to level 48 to evolve it into Garchomp. There’s no other requirement, so just use Gabite as often as you can to make it earn experience and level up.

The second way of getting Garchomp is via the Grand Underground. To be precise, you will not be able to find Garchomp itself, but only Gible and Gabite, as they spawn in the Riverbank Cave Hideaway. To reach this room, travel to Jubilife City and use the Explorer Kit. Catching a Gabite will cut all the time needed to evolve Gible into Gabite, so finding one in the Grand Underground could be the fastest way to get Garchomp for you.
