You can get Gloomy Statuette, Dark Statuette, and Deathly Statuette as a drop item when you defeat enemies like Abyss Herald, Abyss Lector, and the Shadowy Husks.

You can find Shadowy Husks and Abyss Herald in the depths of The Chasm, all around the Underground Mines area. 

To reach the Underground Mines area of The Chasm in Genshin Impact, you have to complete the world quest called Surreptitious Seven-Star Seal Sundering. 

Once that is done, you can head to the Underground Mines area, use the newly acquired Lumenstone Adjuvant gadget to explore it, and find the Shadowy Husk to obtain ascension materials like Gloomy Statuette, Dark Statuette, and Deathly Statuette.
