As per a recently leaked banner, Hu Tao’s character evet wish banner is called Moment of Bloom and, it features four-star playable characters, including Chongyun, Xingqiu, and Xiangling.

For new players who don’t know about Hu Tao, She is a five-star playable character. Whose element is Pyro, and weapon of choice is a Polearm. She is the current head of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, which makes her Zhongli’s boss.

To get Hu Tao in Genshin Impact, players have to perform wishes on the Moment of Bloom event wish banner that releases on the above-mentioned date.
Performing wishes on an event wish banner required Intertwined Fate, that players can get in Genshin Impact by both – in-game ways and microtransactions.
There are many ways to obtain Intertwined Fate in Genshin Impact. Stocking up a decent number of Fate’s will allow players to perform more wishes, and that increases the chance of getting Hu Tao.
