Obtaining Hyper Voice TM 117 in Scarlet and Violet

TM117 teaches a Pokemon the move Hyper Voice. Hyper Voice is a normal type move with a lot of power. The Pokemon using Hyper Voice lets a powerful yell which inflicts a lot of damage. Here are the stats for Hyper Voice:

Players can unlock Hyper Voice after beating the Team Star Fairy Crew. Hyper Voice is found on the northern side of East Province, by the mountain right near where scaffolding. It can be crafted using the following: Litleo x 5, Tandemaus x 3, Skwovet x 3.
